Week 1 · Days 1–3
We review your current tools, workflows, and any documentation you have. We send a short pre-work questionnaire.
Week 1 · Days 4–5
A two-hour working session with you and any key team members. We map the real operational flow, not the official one.
Week 2 · Days 1–4
We synthesize findings into a written report with ranked opportunities and a clear buy vs. build vs. wait recommendation.
Week 2 · Day 5
We walk through the report together, answer questions, and if appropriate, present a scoped Sprint proposal.
The audit fee is credited in full toward your Sprint if you decide to proceed. We structure it this way because the audit is designed to create a Sprint proposal — not to be a standalone deliverable that sits in a drawer. If the audit finds a clear first move and you want us to execute it, the $1,500 comes straight off the Sprint fee. If it finds that the right answer is to buy a platform, we will tell you which one and help you configure it. Either way, the audit pays for itself.
